熱愛運動的咖酷不慎在運動時撞到鼻子 造成鼻骨骨折
一開始咖酷還不以為意
沒想到消腫後…
天啊！本來就不挺的鼻子更塌了 而且還是歪的！😱
更慘的是還鼻塞…
好險 媽媽帶著他來找賴醫師
（所以要聽媽媽的話啊…🤣）
在經過仔細的評估檢查和解釋後
咖酷決定進行自體肋骨的鼻整形手術
開完刀後
鼻塞好了
山根變高了
變形的鼻背矯正回來了
鼻尖的大小和高度變得更精緻了！
令人驚喜的是 本來暴牙看起來明顯的咖酷 整個臉部線條變和諧了！！
（簡直就是彩蛋🤩🤩🤩）
而術前咖酷最擔心的塑膠感也沒有！ 超自然！！！😍
外傷後的鼻整形和一般美容的鼻整形不同
鼻子的重建和蓋房子一樣
如果外傷後地基不穩或建材不足
對手術醫師都會是很大的挑戰
有時甚至要兩階段手術
不過 把歪掉的鼻子弄正 還整體大翻修變美
真的是一件很有成就感 令人開心的事 ❤️

===Post-traumatic rhinoplasty ===
This sporty young female loves exercise, but bumped her nose accidentally.
Initially, she didn’t think it’s a big deal.
However, she noted her nose deformed and congested after the swelling subsided.
Her mother brought her to Dr. Lai’s clinic for help,
and she underwent rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage after careful preoperative evaluation.
After surgery, her nose is not congested anymore.
The nose seems natural and more elegant!
Another surprise is that her whole facial profile improved after rhinoplasty,
even the buck teeth look is not that obvious!
Post-traumatic rhinoplasty is not the same thing as cosmetic rhinoplasty.
It’s more challenging because of the trauma may damage the foundation and structure of the nose.
Sometimes we even need to perform two-stage surgery to achieve a good result.
However, fixing problems for patients and to see their smile on face after surgery make me happy too! ❤️
